Exchange and return policies
Each custom design is made for a specific customer, in the size indicated in the order. Our entire personalization process is done by hand. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders.
Each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Even so, if your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery and we'll make it right (repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate).
Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional taxes or customs fees (if applicable) upon arrival of the package. If the package is refused or cannot be delivered for any reason, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund.
