The delivery time for products is approximately 4 to 8 business days, and it starts counting from when the personalization is completed.
Customs duties are not included in international shipping; they are the responsibility of the buyer.
National shipping is free with every purchase.
Exchange and return policies
Each custom design is made for a specific customer, in the size corresponding to their order. Our entire customization process is done by hand. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Please note that the customer is responsible for additional taxes or Custom's Fees (if any) upon arrival of the package. If package is refused or undeliverable for any reason, a refund will be given minus any Shipping Costs/Duties/Taxes/Customs fees. Please allow up to 30 days to receive a refund.
